Gluten free bisquick

My Mother bought some of this to make biscuits similar to that of Red Lobster's for Thanksgiving. After making them, she added some garlic and butter to the top. The first time I tried her biscuits, I could hardly tell the difference, however it was a little bit more thick and pasty then Red Lobsters. No matter what, the biscuits turned out fantastic and the best part of it was the fact that I COULD EAT IT. :)

I give Bisquick a 4 out of 5 score
I give my Mom's Biscuits a 4 out of 5 score as well. 


Have you tried this before to make pancakes or any other goodies, please share with me your experience below.
